Eligibility: All NMYSA and AYSO recreational teams in good standing are welcome.
• MEDICAL AUTHORIZATIONS: We require all teams participating in the tournament
or games to provide medical releases for each player in an appropriate form.
These authorizations shall be reviewed by the Hosting Organization at
registration and kept in the possession of a team official
• CREDENTIALS CHECKS: We shall conduct credentials checks to ensure that all
players are registered with US Youth Soccer or US Soccer or a member thereof or
their national association, properly rostered with their team, and participating in
accordance with representations set forth on the US Youth Soccer Application to
Host a Tournament or Games. We agree that we will not modify or mark in anyway
original rosters or member passes; and will not register any player, coach, or team
official or issue any member pass.
Tournament Format:
• 2008 NWRGSL Small-Sided Rules of Play - Adopted Fall 2008
• Minimum of 3 games will be played.
• A maximum of 5 teams will be accepted per age group bracket.
Tournament Scoring:
• NO OFFICAL SCORING WILL BE KEPT. THIS IS A FUN, RECREATIONAL TOURNAMENT!
Awards:
• Participation Trophies: All players will receive a trophy.
• A “Lauren Spirit Award Sportsmanship Trophy" will be given to the team that shows
the best positive team and parent spirit.
• Tournament T-shirt: All players and coaches will receive a tournament T-shirt.
Acceptance:
• Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be mailed or sent via email
within 48 hours of the application deadline. Teams not accepted will receive a
complete refund immediately.
MANDATORY CHECK-IN:
• All teams must have a representative at the mandatory check-in on Friday,
May 21st from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Corrales Recreational Center.
